Yes, you are required to complete your Exhibitor Listing form (to be listed on the website's A-Z exhibitor list) as well as the compulsory Booth Information Form. These can both be found on your Exhibitor Portal.
You can either update this via your Exhibitor Listing form available on your Exhibitor Portal, or reach out to your contact from our Marketing Team (right side of this page).
Booth contracts up to 200sqft are for bare floor space and back/side wall drape, while booth contracts over 200sqft are for bare floor space only. It is compulsory for all exhibitors to order or supply carpet/flooring for their booth.
Please search your company name on the show floorplan, which will indicate your booth location, number and size. The link to access the floorplan is on the Exhibitor Portal in the Important Information section.
Orders for drape, carpet, power, etc. can be made via your Exhibitor Portal. You will find all the links to place your orders for services and equipment in the Resource Center.
You are able to register for your Exhibitor badge via your Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitor badges are free-of-charge, and there is no limit as to how many personnel you can register for your booth.
No, badges are not required to be worn during move-in or move-out days.
Yes, there is a contractor zip file available to download on your Exhibitor Portal which you can send them, or you can send them the link to your Exhibitor Portal directly if you prefer.
The information can be found in the ‘Shipping’ folder of your online Exhibitor Portal in the Resource Center.
The request form is available to download on your Exhibitor Portal in the Resource Center and will need to be emailed back to us.

To ensure your safety, please only book through our event website, using the official 24/7 online hotels reservation link or phone number. DF Meetings & Events is the only official housing company associated with our event and their information is provided on our website.
While others may contact you offering housing, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements and providing personal information with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
Smarter Shows will never contact you by telephone to sell you hotel rooms. If you have been contacted by telephone it is most likely to be a fraudulent booking agent.
Attendee List Scam Warning
Any offers to obtain / purchase attendee lists from 3rd party companies are a scam, using fabricated & falsified data based on the current information publicly available for the show. Smarter Shows will never sell or distribute data to any 3rd party companies – not only because it is illegal under GDPR laws, but also because we would never share information on our valued attendees and exhibitors without their express permission. We strongly recommend that you do not engage with these companies.
