Is your company exhibiting at Space Tech Expo 2024? This is the space for you. Here you can find the answers to your questions and access important resources.
Please email [email protected] to request your company’s unique link to your online Exhibitor Portal. The Exhibitor Portal for Space Tech Expo USA 2024 was published in January 2024.
You can either update this via your "Exhibitor Listing" form available on your online Exhibitor Portal. If you can't find your portal link, please contact [email protected] to request your portal link.
Please search your company name on the show floorplan, which will indicate your booth location, number and size. You can access the floorplan here.
- Booths up to 200sqft have 8’ back wall/ 3’ side wall drape included but bare floorspace.
- Booths over 200sqft have bare floorspace only.
- You MUST order or supply carpet/flooring for your booth.
- Pavilion booths (50sqft) have a carpet, drape & furniture package included
Power is not included.
Orders for drape, carpet, power, etc. can be made via your online Exhibitor Portal through our preferred suppliers for the show.
Yes, there is a contractor zip file available to download on your online Exhibitor Portal which you can send them, or you can send them the link to your Exhibitor Portal directly if you prefer.
You are able to register for your Exhibitor badge via your online Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitor badges are free-of-charge, and there is no limit as to how many booth personnel you can register for your booth.
Exhibitors are able to gain access 1 hour prior to the show opening, and 30 minutes after the show closes on each show day with their Exhibitor badge.
No, badges are not required to be worn during move-in or move-out days. You should not register your contractors for badges.
Items need to be shipped to the GES Advance warehouse ahead of the show, or directly to site (available on build dates only).
We also have a preferred supplier for international shipping/customs brokerage.
For US/domestic shipping and shipping to the Advance Warehouse/venue, go to your online Exhibitor Portal > Booth Orders > Show Contractor > Click HERE and once on the GES website go to Shipping > Shipping to Site.
For international shipping/customs brokerage, go to your online Exhibitor Portal > Booth Orders > International Shipping > Click HERE.

By 11.00am: All outbound shipment carriers must be checked in. All freight not picked up will be re-routed via the most convenient carrier. Exhibitors will be responsible for all re-routed freight charges.
