Is your company exhibiting at Space Tech Expo 2022? This is the space for you! Here you can find the answers to your questions and access all the important resources.
Please email [email protected] to request your company’s unique link to your Exhibitor portal. The Exhibitor Portal for Space Tech Expo USA 2022 was published in January 2022.
Yes, you are required to complete your Exhibitor Listing form (to be listed on the website's A-Z exhibitor list) as well as the compulsory Booth Information Form. These can both be found on your Exhibitor Portal.
You can either update this via your Exhibitor Listing form available on your Exhibitor Portal, or reach out to your contact from our Marketing Team (right side of this page).
Booth contracts up to 200sqft are for bare floor space and back/side wall drape, while booth contracts 200sqft and over are for bare floor space only. It is compulsory for all exhibitors to order or supply carpet/flooring for their booth.
Please search your company name on the show floorplan, which will indicate your booth location, number and size. You can access the floorplan here.
Orders for drape, carpet, power, etc. can be made via your Exhibitor Portal. You will find all the links to place your orders for services and equipment in the Resource Center section of the Portal.
You are able to register for your Exhibitor badge via your Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitor badges are free-of-charge, and there is no limit as to how many personnel you can register for your booth.
No, badges are not required to be worn during move-in or move-out days. You should not register your contractors for badges.
Yes, there is a contractor zip file available to download on your Exhibitor Portal which you can send them, or you can send them the link to your Exhibitor Portal directly if you prefer.
The information can be found in the Resource Center of your online Exhibitor Portal in the ‘International Shipping’ folder.
The request form is available to download on your Exhibitor Portal in the Resource Center and will need to be emailed back to us.
