THE NGO
World Innovation Network (WIN) operates the top technology think tank and inimitable innovation ignitor. As the leading 501(c)(3), non-profit, non-partisan scientific strategy skunkworks, WIN also enjoys being honored as an internationally credentialed non-governmental organization (NGO). Since its 1989 launch, WIN represents a leading organization inspiring international innovation in the deep-tech-triad of Outer-Space, Cyber-Space, and Neuro-Space (AI + Robotic + Brain Science).
The World Innovation Network (WIN) is led by CEO and Executive Director Robert S. Katz. He has proudly continued to serve as space strategist, pioneering protector, influential innovationist, tactical technologist, foreshadowing futurist, solution strategist, and ecosystem engineer in the national security and space communities for nearly 40 years. He toiled tirelessly, both domestically and internationally, nearly exclusively behind the scenes within the Defense and Intelligence Communities.
